Cancellation: If you cancel your booking before 12 midday (local hotel hour) on the arrival day, the hotel will apply no charges. If you have not cancelled your booking before 12 midday or you do not show up to the hotel, the amount for the first night of the booking will be charged. You must guarantee your booking using a credit card that is valid during the stay. Remember that payments are made directly at the hotel. Check-in and check-out: Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 12 midday. Extra beds and children: Children under the age of 2 stay for free in a cot (by request) See extra bed and cot conditions, according to room type.
